I had requested a double room with two separate beds but there was a misunderstanding and the hotel didn't have one available. the owner went above and beyond and arranged a different room with three beds. the service was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Best aspects: the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the sights we wanted to see. the hotel offered free breakfast every morning which was a great way to start our day. the room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the city.
Everything was great and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

In spite of a misunderstanding in our room requirements, the owner provided us with an alternative room with three beds. the luggage was also carried to our new room while we had dinner, which was a great gesture. the location is wonderful, with breathtaking views of the surroundings.
The breakfast selection could have had more variety.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Despite there being a misunderstanding with my room, they quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded me to a room with an extra bed, which was a nice surprise. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with everything being clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location was ideal and within walking distance of many attractions.

During our Xmas stay, we had a pleasant experience due to the very friendly staff that accommodated us. We particularly appreciated the flexibility shown by the hotel staff when they changed our room to one with three beds. This was convenient, considering we needed separate beds, and the owner carried our luggage while we were having our dinner. the location was impressive, and we were able to access the hotel amenities with ease. The room was well-maintained and clean, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Our stay was slightly marred by a few negative elements. the breakfast options were not as diverse as we hoped.
